It is once again time to volunteer in McLaren Park.  Following this weekend's rain, the weather looks good.  We should have plenty of work to do.  As always wear layers, including long sleeves and pants.  If you have your own gloves, we suggest you bring them, especially if you want to do battle with the enemy (Himalayan Blackberry).  SF Rec and Park will provide gloves and tools and water and snacks.  I will provide BEER following the work.  We should have taken a picture of the Marsh before the workdays began about 2 years ago.  The change is dramatic.  It should continue for many years to come, as the SFPUC has chosen Yosemite Marsh and Creek for their very first day-lighting project.  If you can make it, try to let me know.  You can contact me by reply e-mail or through my contact information on the mismanagement page of the website sfh3.com.  Arrive a little early if possible.  ON-ON!!!
